Our in-house engraving service allow many unique fonts or symbols to personalise your perfect gift. Our interactive menu will allow you to closely see what your engraving inscription will look like.
How much will it cost and how many characters can I choose?
- The price for engraving a ring is £19. Your message can be as many characters long as you desire as long as it fits within the space provided on the ring or jewellery. We recommend a maximum of 30 characters as most of our jewellery contain hallmarks or logos, we find that overcrowding may occur if you increase this amount, please note that smaller rings will take less characters due to space restraints.
What can we engrave at Suay?
- At present will only engrave on our own collections, as mistakes do happen;) we are only offering a ring engraving service on our own range of rings. When looking through our catalogue you will notice an engraving section for a particular piece of jewellery if personalisation is available. The metals on our which we can engrave on are: Titanium, Stainless Steel, Silver, Tungsten (Ceramic), Gold, Platinum, Palladium, White Gold.
Items we do not currently engrave?
- Customer supplied rings/jewellery, tension set rings, stone set engagement rings.
- Only jewellery available for engraving will have this option on our website.
How long will UK ring engraving take?
- Ring engraving/Jewellery engraving normally takes between 3 to 7 working days once a successful payment has been made, the method of delivery is to be chosen by the customer and please allow sufficient time.
Can I return a ring or bangle once engraved?
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange an item once it has been engraved , unless faulty. This falls within our general 'wear and tear' guidelines. Please see full terms and conditions.
Can I have multiple items be engraved in the same order?
- Yes, please select the available jewellery you would like to engrave and choose each separate inscription for each item. Please note what you type in the engraving section is what will be engraved, and always double check spelling and dates with your personalised jewellery.
Can I choose more fonts or symbols than listed?
- Currently we can only offer the fonts and some symbols listed for the jewellery on our site. Please contact us for a specific design and we can quote each job uniquely, as some will require more time and detailing.
